NeeBooFit Resistance Loop Bands 6 Piece Set is a great product. I received these loop bands in April in exchange for an honest review. Over the past month I have used most of the 6 pc pack and am very satisfied. It comes with a little booklet that shows you with actual pictures and directions on how to do 8 different exercises. If you lose the print out you can always print out another one from their website.
What I liked most besides the fact that you can store this small bag anywhere; was the level of resistance I got with using these bands. I used the medium and the heavy the most during stretches and Pilates to increase my flexibility and increase my muscle mass. The band should only be stretched 2 to 3 times its length, which is 12'' x 2''. The weight resistance is 7,10,13,16,21,28lb and you can combine them to increase the resistance level. I do wish that they were just a little longer though, they can stretch from 24'' to 36'' but, only because it was slightly uncomfortable doing extended leg lifts on the floor, I felt I wants getting enough range. I am 5' 9'', I think that's average, so I think shorter people would benefit a little more.
Their email customer service was excellent. I received 2 yellow bands and no blue band with the first delivery and they quickly sent me a new set with the correct bands in the matter of 2 to 3 days. There is a life time guarantee that if something happens with the proper usage they will replace the resistant loop bands.
These resistance loop bands are sturdy and made of eco friendly latex. It is advised if you are allergic to latex that you should not purchase this product. You should consult your physician if you are not sure how or if you should use this product. You can use this product to strengthen and elongate your muscles, joints and you can use this product to help recover from an injury.
