Lemon & Peppermint & Lavender Essential Oils Review.

    

     I was given Natural Products Inc Peppermint and Lavender essential oils for free to test in exchange for an honest review.

      I really like the peppermint essential oil and can say that it has been a pleasure using this scent. I tried to use this essential oil as other people use it but found only one way that I could really say that I could and would use it.

      I placed 6 drops of this peppermint oil inside our humidifier. My daughters ages 8 and 6 and myself live in a big city and suffer greatly from allergies. By placing this peppermint oil inside of the humidifier we are able to get a good nights sleep and feel refreshed and not congested in the morning. I will tell you now I am not a doctor and this was the first time I used a product like this.

      I like peppermint because it is invigorating and opens up the lungs and soothes you. I would put a few drops of peppermint oil on a paper towel and place it in a zip lock bag for people that get motion sickness. I usually carry around a peppermint flavored chapstick or something of the sort so I can smell it, but doing this with the oil would also work well.

     Unfortunately I didn’t like the Lavender oil, I don’t know if it was this one or just in general, but this particular one smelled earthy to me. I did try to mix it with the peppermint oil in the humidifier to see if it would affect our sleeping habits and relax us more but I didn’t notice any change. I also am still waiting for the lemon to be shipped, they were out when the other products were sent out.
